As foodies constantly seeking their next olive oil adventure, the idea of combining cacao with premium olive oils was born after a tasting of chocolate containing oils, just not olive oil and especially, premium olive oil. The desire to taste chocolate made with their own oils, and to experience the sensation of velvety texture of chocolate that oils can help create, they set forth to find local chocolatiers keen to explore and deliver this delicious chocolate. The result is a perfect marriage of flavour and texture.
